Job Description

• Advising and supporting clients to ensure the success of their strategic portfolio management transformation.
• Guiding organizations in the design and implementation of strategic portfolio governance and processes for controlling the change organization.
• Assisting organizations in executing their strategy by: (i) defining strategy and translating it into the change portfolio; (ii) prioritizing and planning initiatives; (iii) monitoring and adjusting the portfolio to focus on benefit realization.
• Supporting organizations to create comprehensive insight into the strategic portfolio (including budget, resources, benefits, dependencies).
• Advising on the development of transformation capabilities and supporting their (continuous) improvement.
• Contributing and building knowledge, developments and innovations in strategic portfolio management.
• Identifying potential issues, risks and associated actions for our clients.
• Challenging clients with content and ideas based on your expertise, ensuring high quality at all times.
• Organizing and facilitating client workshops and/or other (client) meetings.

You have excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, ambitious and commercial character. At the same time, you know how to inspire and motivate a team to develop innovative solutions and achieve excellent results. You are not afraid to try new things and continue learning, even when faced with setbacks. For this (Senior) Consultant S&O/HC vacancy you have:

• Preferably proven consulting experience (as an internal or external consultant).
• A university master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR with excellent results.
• Proven strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and substantiate your advice based on data analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus; able to translate complex analyses into clear and strong presentations.
• A solid personality with a good understanding of political relations within an organization, and able to communicate clearly on complex issues at all levels.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of  Papiamentu is an advantage.
